BECOMING A DEALER  
  An AUTHORIZED DEALER (AD) are required to purchase 20 units (assorted) and 20 seatbacks. AD's will also receive personalized business cards and brochures. There are three (3) main advantages of becoming a Authorized Dealer. include the ability make First AD’s have the ability to make more than double the profit than CSR's. Secondly, AD's will have the ability to sell this great product at an unlimited number of events throughout the state of Alabama and even other states with permission. AD’s will also be able to have unlimited sales on the internet. As an added advantage, AD’s customers won’t have to pay the $49.95 shipping charge per unit required to ship the units from the warehouse as AD’s will have their own inventory. MANUFACTURER'S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (MSRP)  
 

SALES AT MSRP OR ABOVE:

1.   Retail sales anywhere in their State at MSRP or above.

2.   Sales anywhere in the US on Ebay or similar site, MSRP or above only.

3.   Sales anywhere in the US over the Internet, including their own website, MSRP or above only.

4 .  Sales anywhere in the US as a temporary vendor (14 days max. per event/location), MSRP or above.

 

  
 

SALES BELOW MSRP (DEALER ONLY):

To sell below MSRP to anyone you must sell a minimum of 10 units. You can only sell at 20% over published Dealer cost, plus any direct freight cost. All Dealers selling wholesale must require that any person or company that they provide product(s) to, sells at or above MSRP. It is easier and more profitable to use the built in commission agreement below. Get the order and pass it on to your State Distributor, if the State is owned, or to Cruzin Cooler's office if the State is not owned.

 

  
DEALER COMMISSIONS  
 

1.   A new Dealer, must be approved by State Distributor if state is already owned by a Distributor. Commission is 20% of first order by a new approved Dealer.

2.   A Retail store chain and will receive a commission to be negotiated by our offices, depending on retail store specifics.

Any violation of the MSRP rules will cause the Dealer's rights to reorder and Dealership to be terminated!!
